Team check-in and meat inspection will begin the day from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. All savory creations will be turned over to judges by 3:30 p.m. and the winners will be announced between 5:30 and 6 p.m.
For more information on the competition and to register your team, contact Maralee Rosemond at (248) 691-2357 or email at email@example.com. To download entry form, visit BBQ Battle Registration Form.
