Notice is hereby given that a Special City Council Meeting of the Oak Park City Council is scheduled for Monday, August 21, 2017 at 5:30 PM and will be held in the Executive Conference Room of Oak Park City Hall, 14000 Oak Park Blvd.,
Oak Park, Michigan 48237.
The purpose of the Special Meeting is to conduct the following Special Business:
A. Interview and appointments to City Boards and Commissions
B. Reappointments to City Boards and Commissions
C. Council liaison assignments to Boards and Commissions
D. Board and Commission Appreciation Dinner
E. CLOSED SESSION
Pursuant to Section 8 of the Open Meetings Act to convene into a Closed Session to discuss Attorney Client Privileged Communication and Pending Litigation F. Settlement Agreement – District Court Litigation
Notice of the above meeting of the City of Oak Park is given in compliance with the Charter, Section 7.2, and with provisions of Public Act No. 267 of 1976, as amended.
The City of Oak Park will comply with the spirit and intent of the American with Disabilities Act. ELECTION COMMISSION 2017 MEETING SCHEDULE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Oak Park Election Commission has adopted
the following regular meeting schedule for 2017:
August 10, 2017 For the purpose of consolidating precincts & certifying candidate names
on the ballot for November 7, 2017 General Election
October 17, 2017 For the purpose of appointing Election Inspectors & conducting Public Accuracy Test
for November 7, 2017 General Election
All meetings will be held at 10:00 a.m. at Oak Park City Hall,
14000 Oak Park Blvd., Oak Park, Michigan 48237.
Any other business that may lawfully come before the Election Commission may be conducted at any regular meeting. Notice of the above meeting of the City of Oak Park is given in compliance with the Charter, Section 7.2 and with provisions of Public Act No. 267 of 1976, as amended.
