The Clerk's Office is required by law to post public notices, such as public hearings, bid requests, financial reports, cancellation of scheduled public meetings, changes in the City's Code of Ordinances and other government activities which require public notice.

Notice is hereby given that the December Board of Review meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 5:30 p.m., in the West Conference Room, Oak Park City Hall, 14000 Oak Park Boulevard, Oak Park, Michigan 48237.
The purpose of this meeting is to correct a clerical error or mutual mistake of fact, to correct a qualified error, to hear appeals for current year poverty exemptions, homeowners Principal Residence Exemptions (PRE), or correcting the taxable value of a property that was previously uncapped incorrectly due to a perceived transfer of ownership.
The December Board of Review has no authority to determine valuation disputes.
Notice of the above meeting of the City of Oak Park is given in compliance with the Charter, Section 7.2, and with provisions of Public Act 2167 of 1976, as amended.
